Who is this course for?

• If you are a working photographer of any level this course is for you.

• You can be photographing anything from portraits, fashion, beauty, weddings, cars, food, kids, boudoir, and most other genres.

• For working photographers of all types, regardless if you are at the beginning of your career or already established in your field, this course will change your mindset from being a limited and limiting mindset into a much broader, more creative and more unique mindset that will give you the foundation to be truly unique at what you do.

• For any photographer interested in looking at the infinite possibilities of working with flash, also in available light conditions in order to have a total mastery of lighting to create whatever they desire, whenever they desire and where ever they desire.

This course is NOT for you if:

• You are a ”street photographer” since street photographers work only with available light and they must already have a great knowledge of how to capture a moment in a split second, with the right available light and the ability to capture what is already there and create art from it, without any other lights. Street Photography is a different form of art than what we discuss in this course even though we will be touching some of the elements of street photography during the course to fully become Light Masters.

• You are contempt and just satisfied to keep on doing what you do, you are satisfied and you don’t wish to grow, both technically, financially or personally.

• You want a purely technical course.

• You are not ready for something very different in terms of certification courses.

• You are not ready to go out of your comfort zone in order to become truly unique and totally free with your art.

Your investment in becoming a Certified Light Master:

Somewhere between €800 and €1.900 (the exact price has not been set yet) for the whole program, including certification

Course schedule

Module 1:

• Short introduction of the students and their wishes and intentions with this course

• What is light actually for?

• What is the perfect light for portraits, fashion, objects, wedding portraits and other genres? (According to what we have been told so far)

• Hard Light versus Soft Light

Module 2:

• Mixing light sources

• Following the rules or breaking them?

• What is actually Light and how can we work with it in a very different way?

Module 3:

• The energy of light and how we can use it not just for lighting our subjects

• Placing of the lights for the best results

• Posing your models (animate or inanimate)

• How do ALL aspects of our lives create and influence our photography and our business?

Module 4:

• The energetics of lighting in photography

• The secret of what makes you really unique

• Setting your prices

• Clients’ psychology

• Style and genre, what to choose?

• Creating your business in a new way.

• Delivery of the practical exercises for the exam

Final Exam:

There will be a final exam in order to become a Certified Light Master, as any reputable certification course. Having said this, we are here to guide you all the way in order to get all of you to receive the most out of this course and to get you certified at the end of this.

The exam consists of both a written exam as well as practical exercises and the exam will take place the week after the end of Module 4.

If you don’t pass the first time, don’t worry!

You will have three more chances to pass where we will first discuss privately what didn’t make you pass, hoping you will pass in your next chance for your exam!

In the unlikely situation of you not passing your exam by the 4th time you will need to take the course once again from the start, but as a previous attendant you will receive a discount on the course of 50%, but we highly doubt that you will come to that stage, as said before, we are here to make sure you get all the points learnt in the program since our mission is to create more Certified Light Masters that change the way we photograph, with our own personal touch and with our unique energy that takes us out of ever having to compete with anyone any more.

The purpose of the exam is to make sure that all certified photographers hold a standard that is approved by Andrea Belluso’s standards of quality and unicity. The certification is not just something that we just sell, by the end of the course you should be capable of delivering only the highest standards, and we’ll make sure to get you there!

Each module is totally interactive and you get to ask Andrea Belluso any questions pertinent to each module.

You will also have direct and personal access to Andrea Belluso on WhatsApp in order to ask him any questions that might arise during the course, especially if you would rather ask these questions personally and outside the group Zoom calls.
